Bad day at PEP Stores
On Sunday the 20 of September 2020 I went to purchase a phone from PEP Stores in Diepkloof Square, got the phone left with it when I got home I charged the phone for 6 hours as advised in the store, when I took it off the charger it had running lines on the screen which makes it very difficult to make out what is on the screen, I went back to the store the very next day and I was assisted by a lady called Mamoya, who initially requested that I be given a new phone, one of the ladies commented that I had dropped the phone and that if they had to book it, it would require that I pay more money than the money I used to buy the phone, I tried to explain that I had not dropped the phone and that I need a new phone or my money back that lead to me being ridiculed by the ladies at the counters including Mamoya who was standing next to me at this time. To cut the long story short I left with the phone in its bad state and I have never received such bad service.
