Bad customer treatment and victimisation

<p>Today I went into PEP stores in Montclair mall Durban. Im an avid PEP shopper and spend on average over R1000 a month. I love their kiddies clothing but sadly i will rather go spend my money elsewhere after the bad insinuations today. Today i went to PEP to go buy for toddler panties as im potty training my 2 year old daughter...however the packs are so mixed up on the shelf that it did take a bit longer to go through to see which ones i wanted and make sure the sizes are correct i was greeted by a woman with nothing but watching me like im going to ***** the items, I then proceeded to the womans section for ladies pajamas with the 2 packs of panties in my hand. I took 2 pairs of pajamas to go try on but before i even approached the fitting room i went to the cashier counter and asked the lady if she could please keep the 2 packs of panties for me while i went to try on the ladies pajamas. I came out disappointed as the top and pants from the one set were 2 different sizes and that was the last set left in that style. I then walked back to the ladies section to return the pajama sets as it was not fitting only to be creeped on by the same woman who was watching me in the kiddies section...she then had the damn cheek to ask me "so where is the girls panties now?" I was in utter disbelief that this same woman had the nerve to insinuate that i had taken the panties into the dressing room to ***** them. I told her they were at the cashiers counter. I then left the ladies pajama sets and went to pay for the toddlers panties. However i feel that my rights were violated as a customer for insinuating that i had ****** items when she didnt bother to even ask the lady working next to the fitting room first her only intention was to victimise me and falsly accuse me of *****ing yet there is not one month that goes by that i dont spend thousands in that specific store. While i was in the atore there were plenty woman just standing around not buying anything walking into the different section yet i was followed and spied on and insinuations were made towards me....why???? Because i was the only white person in the shop??? Nice one PEP Montclair and well done to Maureen who once again proved why people like me wont support a store like PEP again. Im highly disgusted at her insinuations and thoughts of falsely accusing me. </p>
