Bad customer services at Pep Quyen street

What a bad customer service I have been waiting here from half past three came to open pep card, was told Lindani who is going to assist me went for lunch when I asked what time will that person come back the responded was after eating his lunch he will go and have a smoke than after that he can come and assist you upon asking if they is no one else at the store to assist was told no when I ask what is this pep called was laughed at ,and he only came back at 4:49 not even apologising took his time cheating to his colleuges, what a bad experience
