BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES

I was sent money through Pep money, unfortunately the pin was wrong and blocked. Called the call centre for assistance, spoke to Eva she said she needs to speak to the sender, I explained that she sender is not good in English can I translate, the lady was so rude and told me that she can only assist in English, Xhosa or Zulu, she doesn't even offer passing the phone to someone who can speak an african language because listening to her accent she does not speak an african language, and why there is no Tswana or Sotho speaking consultants in this department? She then said the sender should go to the nearest Pep store and ask them to call on her behalf. Called again spoke to a guy by the name of Nasif or Masif who also insisted that he cannot speak any other african language besides Xhosa who was supposed to be begged to try, eventually he tried assisting but still pin was unblocked. Sender went back to the Pep store in Bochum for assistance and she was told to call the number on the till slip, they did not bother doing it on her behalf. Called call centre again Spoke to Ondela she was understanding and tried assisting but no luck, Called again the following day spoke to Ondela again, she said "it's okay I cannot speak Pedi but I will speak in Xhosa and and the customer can speak in her language". Finally we were assisted. Pep call centre needs more people like Ondela she knows what is customer care. Pep store please teach your staff what is good customer service because they don't know how to speak to customers, the attitude I got from Eva and the other guy when I called in at first and the attitude i get at the Pep in Zandspruit is rotten. Ondela keep it up sisi.
