Bad customer services

Both some toys for my kids at pep new Brighton paid up then ask her for 10 rand cell c . unfortunately the amount wasn't enough .I added up another 50 rand to 10 rand airtime .she gave me slip including change then left store ,when to spar for grocers.i left the mall went home that's when open the slip to check the airtime.she gave me MTN WhatsApp data ,who are for MTN including WhatsApp data.i phone the shop let shop know.whoever answered the told me to come to shop .I told her just let it go .who's gonna back to pep and spend 40 busfare For 10 rand .the cashier needs a proper training bcz she should have repeat if the are correct and ask customer if she or he needs anything else.cashier name nontuntuzelo cash sale 6311 003 ***8 time 12:56 date 01/12/23
