Bad Customer services

I am not happy with the service that I got from Pep Store in Marikana North West. From the consultant to the Manager they were totally disrespectful. I went to Pep Store this morning to buy Type-C USB Cable amplify , on the shelf rail it was showing a price of R35.00 and when I got to the Till it was scanned the price of R39.99. I told the sales consultant that this is not the amount that I saw when taking this cable why is there a price difference compare to the one on the shelf she tried to avoid me, said I should pay that amount that is on her till and thats not her problem if there's price difference she then asked for void. I went back to the shelf to confirm the price that's when I find the Manager Welheninah and I asked her why is this cable have to different prices I want the cable with the amount on the shelf not the one on the till she said" I am the manager here and the person who was doing merchandiser is not here to answer so it's either I take it with the amount on the till or I leave the cable there is nothing she can do as she just came back from leave" she will ask the person who was doing merchandiser when she come back to". Really how *********** a manager can be.
