Bad Customer Service (treatment and arrogance) .

I am dissapointed with the service I received from the installer. On the 29th May 2020 I bought dstv packaged with installation at Pep store Paledi Mall. Seroto Hardware (molobedu guy) installed same day however he positioned the dsvt ltd set where am not happy with, called him today on the 31st May 2020 to rectify the mistake, he came checked however he was arrogant and did not shift ltd requested.
