Bad Customer Service to PEP Store Strand Street Cape Town CBD manager.

I went to Pep store in Strand Street Cape Town CBD this afternoon 18/01/2024. The lady was very rude she was a manager on duty, she told me I cannot exchange the school girls shoe which was Student Prince brand without a slip, I explained the size was small an d I would like a exchange not a refund, she gave me attitude and was exploding in the store telling be to sell this pair to someone and buy another pair. I was very angry of her customer service to an extent I wanted to leave the shoes at the store but my colleague took the shoes. Please assist.
