Bad customer service through pexi

I am really not happy with the lady at pep lebowakgomo shopping centre by the name Khutjie. someone wanted to send me package through pexi at first she said pep Phumulani mall is not visible on their side and the person who was sending me stuff asked me the closest pep and I said Mall of Tembisa which she said it appears and now I get the message saying my parcel was send to busy corner mall those are two different places I don’t know if she did that intentionally or what because when the lady asked her that she put the incorrect address she then said there is nothing she can do .I don’t know if you are training your people to be *********** or what’s happening but that is totally bad customer experience.
