Bad customer service & refusal of an exchange

I bought set of cups using my bank card trusting the store i through away my slip as it was a traceable eft transaction and also threw away the packaging 2days later I realised one of the cups had a bad crack inside when I returned it they refused to exchange the cracked cup for me even though it was an eft transaction that they can track & trace I was so disappointed .PEP Home store code 5884 in 14th evenue Rooderport
