BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, PEP OUDTSHOORN

Dear HelloPeter Team,

I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding the service I received at the PEP store in Oudtshoorn.

On Sunday, 23 November 2025, I arrived at the store approximately four minutes before the official closing time. Despite this, the staff refused to let me in while there were still customers inside being assisted.

This is not the first time I have experienced early closure at this branch, and it has become a recurring issue.

In addition to closing before the scheduled time, the staff on duty were extremely rude when I attempted to enter and inquire. Their attitude was unprofessional and unnecessary.

I kindly request that action be taken to address this behaviour, as it is highly inconvenient and unfair to customers who arrive within operating hours. Consistency, professionalism, and respect for customers should be a priority.
