BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE PEP MATSULU

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER Visited Pep Matsulu today and sadly received the worst service from one of the cashiers her name is Marry Was there to send money and I must say she was very rude and not polite. She asked employment type questions and I told her I am unemployed so she said she cannot assist me and returned the money and ID So I asked her since I am unemployed you cannot assist me how???? Is this how your service works??? She loudly said there's nothing she will assist me with and went on to call the next customer I told her I will not leave until she explains to me why I am unable to send money. How can she shout and be so rude to a customer and worse shout that customers must not come to the store angry and take out their frustrations on them. Mind you this is not the 1st time I receive bad service from that store. Please address this as I am not the only one complaining. Just because it's a Township store doesn't mean they should undermine their customers.
