bad customer service pep home protea glen

i would like to share my bad experience with pep home protea glen mall,i got to the till to request money that was sent to me by someone ,the lady assisting me by the name of sphe zwane then asked for my I.D which i produced then she told me i cant withdraw without buying something from the store ,i then told her i do not want to buy i only need the money as this was money sent by someone.she then acknowledged that its money transfer she then gave me attitude telling me y did i not say money transfer,i apologized telling her it was my mistake and seeing that she now understands what i wanted i then politely asked her to please correct the transaction but she gave me bad attitude and told me she cant and wont correct it cos she is stuck,i asked her to call her supervisor to assist she then told me the supervisor is out the store so there is nothing she can do.she then chased me away telling me to go to another store as she wont assist me.she had a bad attitude,she was rude ,her service was bad and i left the store unsatisfied and without any help.
