Bad customer service PEP Dayveton.

Hi I went to Pep Mayfair Dayveton, on the 3rd of June 2021. The queue was so long and only two cashiers were operating the tills. Asked the guy at the front door as to what was the issue with the que and asked if I could see the manager he was so rude he told me to go ask for a manager myself since I'm the one who wants her, he was throwing his hands at me. So I went to the counter and asked the 2 ladies for the manager ( Thandeka) she came out of the office, to my shock she is sitting in the office and the que is too long , while the guy at the front door sanitizing is being so rude to the customers. Please address this as I could have gone to any Retailer but I opted to go to this store.
