Bad customer service from store manager by the name of Pretty

What a ****py attitude I have received today at Pep clothing store at Mamelodi Crossing. A whole Manager with a stinking attitude, I was busy browsing through the store as I wanted to purchase pj's for my two kids,she approachs me without even greeting "sesi put your back pack at the parcel counter" I explained to her that I cant as its my laptop bag and it has a laptop in it. She rep**** by saying she wont allow me to have it with me because its big mind you I am a potential buying customer and she has a nerve to tell me "she wont allow me" who the hell does she think she is . I honestly I do not understand how this stores work if a manager has such an attitude towards customers this is such a disgrace. I hated how she approached me and she needs to be taking back to training because shame 😒
