Bad customer service from PEP HOME

Greetings PEP Home management, on the 8th of April 2025 I went to PEP @ Sam Ntuli Mall to go buy only 1 item there, and I couldn't find what I was looking for at PEP, I than ran to PEP Home the door was closed at 17:55, When I checked the time displayed, It states that the store has to close the doors at 18:00, I'm not sure if she's a cashier or a sales floor consultant, but 2 lady's were standing at the till, the other one even had a nerve to tell me that they are closed, we waited patiently with my son thinking someone will come attend us, but all we got from PEP Home staff was ignorance, it didn't matter to them how important the item was to me, I'm 100% sure that they are aware that store is a retail and not a ****a shop, I mostly buy my things at PEP store, but the treatment that I got on that day was shocking and left me angry, I waisted my petrol and time going to people who know nothing about customer service.
