Bad customer service for repairs.

I took my phone to be repaired on the 26-09-2018 which I bought in August. Till two day I still do not have my phone, I waited for 6weeks then they did not call I went to the shop at blackchain(Bara ) and they said they will follow up. Then a guy by the name of tebogo called and told me that my phone was delivered at the wrong place which is at diepkloof which is not from Bara she called last week Thursday and told me they will courier it I should wait.

My question should I wait for another month for my phone to be delivered to the right store as they said I should not go get it my self. this is the second month and I still don't have my phone. The most irritating part is that the people who work there don't care about the fact that this is taking too long all they say is wait wait wait. It is my first time buying from pep cell after this treatment it is surely my last. I wouldn't recommend that people buy their phones at pep very very very very poor service you can buy if you know you wont be taking you phone back for repairs because once they get the money they don't care about the rest. If I was owing the store follow ups of when will I pay would be made now and again but when its the other way round you will regret buying from there.
