Bad customer service for a pregnant mom and her 2 children

I was doing some shopping at the PEP store at the Horison Village Shopping Centre yesterday with my 2 daughters aged 2 & 4years yesterday. As it was nearing time for the store to close my 4year old daughter needed to use the toilet. Now as I was still shopping in the store I asked the Security guard in the store if they had a toilet in store that my daughter could use, he said yes but I needed to ask the teller. I quickly rushed to the teller and asked her. I explianed that I was still shopping in their store and my daughter desperately needed the toilet. She told me she couldn't assist me at that time as she was the only person in the store...when you're facing the tellers there is an office like room to the right and I could hear people talking and laughing in there which she could have called to assist me if she really wanted to. When I asked if she could just direct me to where the toilet was she said it was deep inside the back office. My daughter cried out again saying she needs to pee. At that point I immediately unpacked the trolley with the items I was purchasing and left them in the store and ran out the store to get my daughter to the Shopping Centres toilet which were not in a very pleasant condition.

Being a resident of the area and a very regular customer of the shopping centre I was very furious with the customer service I received at PEP. Working with customers myself I know how importantly clients need to treated especially when they are pregnant which I am. The teller did not need to see that I am pregnant to treat me well. It was just the lack of urgency to attending my 4year old daughter who needed to relieve herself in the toilet that was disgusting. An adult can hold themselves to use the toilet later but a 4year old cannot.

Over the years the service at PEP Horison has always not been pleasant but still I return to that store but this is the last straw, I SHALL NOT RETURN THERE EVER!!!
