Bad customer service

I visited one of your stores yesterday, even sent a complaint on your Facebook inbox with no response. The service I recieved there is so disappointing, please deal with your workers at pep cell sotonga mall. Their customer service is rotten, your workers are taking advantage that people around sotonga mall are blacks who know nothing. They act like they don't want to work at all. Am not pleased with the service I recieved at pep cell sotonga mall,yesterday at around 12h30 the cashier was not even interested in assisting me, I wanted to buy my mom a phone, she just looked at me with an attitude and didn't respond to my queries with regards to getting the phone. I am so disappointed and she needs to be dealt with.
