Bad customer service

I was at Pep Store,Northmead Mall today at 12:05, the cashier who was assisting me was Tshepiso (a lady with an open bite) very rude. She didn’t bother greeting me, she just scanned my parcel…even after I said “thank you” she didn’t bother to acknowledge that. This is my second encounter with her, the other time which was few months ago I got into the store 7min before closing time and she started yelling to the other staff members that she hates customers who come just before close off time…honestly that’s not how you treat customers, she’s very rude.
