Bad customer service

Staff at PEP stores in Gandhi Square bus terminus have no regard for customers.They are slow, they don't appreciate customers, they give us take it or leave it attitude.They talk to one another whilst customers are working.I have been observing this for sometime now and have been thinking things will improve but nit at all.I wonder if there is a store manager there.
