Bad customer service experience and faulty headsets

Hi my name is Nothile Miya and I am not happy with head sets I only had them for three days and the turn on button just went inside when I tried connecting them if this is the kind of service I should be getting where I am told to find a person to fix the head sets myself is unacceptable is nt there a repair center where the head sets can be fixed
