Bad customer service ever

Good afternoon Am very disappointed at the service I got from Pep 6654 in Bela Bela. I went there to buy 3 grey school trousers and the manager and the cashier were of no help to me. There was no one and I mean no one on the floor to help,when I went to the till to enquire I was told they are on lunch.How can the whole staff who are supposed to help on the floor be all on lunch? The manager was so so rude,shouting me in front of other customers telling me she is busy in the office capturing,what for God’s sake that couldn’t wait for her to help me since she sent all her staff to lunch?, so she said. At the till there was only one cashier and no one on the floor,that I made sure I check cause I wanted help. I ended up buying one trouser and a few pairs of grey socks 😩am disappointed in that store by the way they handled me as a customer. For me to seek help I couldn’t find the size I was looking for and wanted help so I can look for the same size grey pants in another brand 😩Please get back to me as am planning to take this matter further. The ladies am referring to is Cate and Tsakani.Don’t know who is the store manager there between the two,I guess it’s Cate since she was in the office.Am really really disappointed with the customer service I received.
