BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

By 11:20 on the 18/12/2022 I was by Pepstores@westgate Mall Simphiwe Xaba gave me the bad service ever I went to take out my Laybye but she was already grumpy when I got to the till and I wanted to explain to her that I'll be taking a few she just said to me I should wait until she charges my laybe after I wanted to return some stuff she just said to me I'm wasting time as I could have returned everything then take what I want if she could have listened in the first place unlike being grumpy and she went on talking like I'm wasting time and how long is the queue forgetting that I'm the customer also and I need to be served clearly she is not a right candidate to be by the tills and she had no smile at all nor greeting at all SIMPHIWE XABA made me to hate coming to Pep ever in my life when she said to me I wasted her time was even worse to me that after putting the returned clothes on the hangers and took them back to the right departments that I had to wait it was the worst day of my life she has no customer service@all it was the worst day ever in my entire life.. She must pull up her socks treat us customers in RESPECT,GREET US.
