Bad customer service

I'm writing with a bleeding heart, the service I received this morning at pep store Jhb Troye Street was so bad they treated me like a trash their manager Simphiwe Xaba shouted at me like a kid. I walked in to Pep P8211 in the morning 8:15 to send pexi and after paying for the bag Lebogang cashier says I should step aside not explaining to me that they need to assist the next customer or why should I step aside because right now it's my turn to be assisted, when I was asking her why I should step aside ain't she assist me? She shouted me saying she need to assist other customers and I asked her what's the difference between me and the other customers why should they jump me while they got me here, she then called the manager Simphiwe Xaba who came putting the face mask on the neck not covering mouth and nose, he didn't ask what the problem was, He came with a very loud voice shouting at me saying I should move from the cashier.
