Bad customer service

Good day

On the 17th May I went to pep at tzaneen crossing. I bought my cousins child a tracksuit which was R99. 99. When I payed the cashier by the name of Gavaza Mathebula gave me my plastic and a slip, when I asked her were my change was she started looking for the 10c around the till and couldn't find it, she later decided to call her manager, before the manager could respond she saw a 10c on the parcel counter. I then told her that sesi in future when you do not have change inform the customer don't just keep the change without their permission. She then told me that why must I make a big deal of 10c, I then told her that 10c is money, because what she is doing is wrong. She then gave me the 10c and told me to go. If she keeps 20 customers 10c per day it's R2 a day that she would have ******. She started telling me that I must take my plastic and go. She immediately called the next customer. I told her that what she was doing is not good customer service because she was just supposed to apologize and stop shouting at me as a customer. Because she is actually there to serve us as customers. And without us there is no pep store.

I then asked for her manager explained to him, and he told me that I should not complain to pep head office he will fix it. These people according to me have bad customer service, because even after the whole incident they don't even apologize.

I think they must be taken to training on how to treat customers or customers service training. We take things for granted. Because the are people who are in need of this jobs and those that are working dont appreciate it.

The service is very poor. Bad customer service.
