BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought my son's uniform at pep store Key West Mall which included 3 grey student prince trousers. One of them is torned and I've communicated with them and 2 weeks later they ask if i still have the till slip which I no longer have and since then I haven't heard from them with a solution on what to do next if I don't have the needed document
