Bad customer service

The customer service I received from Zanele at Pep store Ladysmith opposite Spar was not pleasant at all. She didn’t excuse herself from asking void from a supervisor, I had to wait not knowing what’s going on, and when she assisted me she did not even bother greeting me nor thanking me for shopping with them after the sale. What a bad customer service I received .
