Bad customer service

Hi I would like to make a complain about this person she refused to help me because I was waisting her time

I was there to make a cash send, she said I was supposed to take out the while I was in the queue so that she will not waste time waiting for me to get my wallet

I queued for 20 minutes while she was too slow at yhe till but I didn't complain To my surprised she want to complain about me taking out tmy money out of my wallet

While she too slow or her service was poor She habe yhe audacity to say im wasting her time
