Bad customer service

I bought a techno cell phone from pep on the 2 of May I only started using the phone on the 3rd of May because where I stay the Vodacom network is bad so I could only start using it properly from Monday the 3rd at work.

On Tuesday the phone started freezing alot I thought it was a network or a temporary thing Wednesday same issue happens where I can't even receive a call as I swipe the phone it jams. Since the phone is under 7 days I took the phone back to the shop .Wow wow wow bad bad service ever it was my first time buying a phone at pep but after the service I got today I can definitely say it was my last.

I explained my issue with the phone at the till at pep cell thembisa mall her name starts with a Z.

She takes the phone and it also jams in her hand and she asks me to leave the device for 30min to charge.the phone was on 43% when she took it. I was like ohk 30min it is. I come back after 30minutes we insert a SIM in the device and on the spot she tells me you said you can't receive call there you go I just received a call. So the phone is fine .I look at her and asked her ohk you only able to operate the device at 80% battery full and at that percentage the battery is hot. She tells me it's because the phone was charging .I asked what is the next step to solving this and she tells me there's nothing they can help me with.

I was shocked she told me to come back next week when the phone is more than 7 says.

I asked if I don't have anything to do with my time.why can't they book it in or something she told me about the system and the phone is fine .

Firstly I'm the one using that phone if it has issues I'm the one to pick it up .

I told her the phone was off the time I got to the shop as I turned it off on Friday as I decided to take it inn .

What ever I said bounced off her ears and I told her that I will write a review on hello Peter.

She said go ahead and refer the matter to hello Peter I don't care.

As I walked out she makes a snotty comment. "Uyasihlanyela" so since the phone is acting funny then I have to be labelled as a mad woman .

Yes it's R400 but believe me I work hard for it.
