Bad customer service

Got bad service from Nelisiwe and patience from pep triomph. I was asking my my receipt Patience told me she gave it to me, I asked for a reprint. Patience called Nelisiwe she called me rude yelled at me told me she won't be able to get me me reprint as patience gave me the receipt. Train your stuff to treat customers well
