Bad customer service

I went to kagiso mall to pay my Avon account and money transfer I went to pep cell store cause I know it's convenient cause there is no long queues when I get there there were two customers in front of me when the first guy step up to pay his account the cashier said I m going for lunch go to ShopRite money market I stood a little bit and I thinking how can she do that what kind of customer service is she providing maybe I don't understand how pep stores work when a cashier goes on lunch the shop close like it's a tuck shop ,by that time the money market at ShopRite the queu it's so long ,I went to pep store when I got there we stood in the queu after 10minutes the security comes to us and told us the money transfer s is offline really I couldn't believe it's how we treat our customers in black people malls we don't care they will wait we don't have time to waste we have better things to do than been given bad customer service,I work too with customers and I expect to be treated with respect like I do with my customers and this is not the first time it happened .it's very disappointing.
