Bad customer service

I was at PEP in Mouste Mall. I have never had a bad shopping experience such as this. I waited for over an hour at the line there was only one cashier while the rest where just walking around doing nothing. When me and other shoppers started to complain nothing was done they even started to work slower I had to leave my clothes as I was tired of standing.
