Bad customer service

I had the most disgusted disappointed service at Pep Athlone on 03/06/2021.I wanted to exchange a pair of kiddies boots with the tag on and slip.While waiting on service for forever a rude lady called Kelly approach me and insisted that the boots has been worked.I explained to her that it was only fitted on and with a attitude she rep**** "oh in the road".She has no customer service skills and she is very Rude.She raised her voice to me and it was very upsetting.After asking another cashier to c the manager she also rep**** "u have just spoken to her"also with a attitude.Im so disgusted in the service.
