Good day A parcel was send from Pep Hoedspruit to Pep in Voortrekkerstreet Lydenburg on the 10 th of March , as we do not know how it works I went in to Pep in voortrekkerstreet, received bad service the lady at the counter not friendly at all it is like she is doing you a very big favour to serve you they receive there salaries for serving clients, she did not even try to help to see can they track the parcel just said you must wait for the pin code. Never ever will I use this service again or advice anyone to do so. It is the worst service ever.
