Bad customer service by pep home rustenburg plaza

Went to pep home the one in North west rustenburg town at PnP plaza we all know that it's grants week it was very busy but only 1 cashier was operating a till a very rude one of that matter. I stood on a queue for 45 minutes a whole 45 minutes waiting to be assisted. That rude cashier by the name of KEIT at some point she left her till being the only cashier to attend a street vendor to buy whatever she was buying while we standing on a long queue to be assisted she was not even on lunch i felt so angry because it's like they doing us a favour by rendering their services while we need each other.. The manager doesn't even have management skills i wonder where did she go for her induction such a disappointment. She didn't even care she kept on laughing loudly from the back of the department how unprofessional that is. I felt so disrespected indeed and when I got to the till I was told the card machine was not working only cash after spending the whole 45 minutes in the queue no announcement was made to customers while waiting i will never ever set my foot there The HR team need to remind those people why they are there in a first place to "work" and offer best customer service of that matter.. Am so ****ed with that pep home
