Bad customer service

I'm very disappointed with the service I got at pep uitval..I called there looking for ladies sneakers in a size 4.a lady by the name of silindile promise to check the size for me but she asked me to drop the call she will call me back she didn't even took my number up until today I haven't heard from her.
