Bad customer service

I just want to find out, what time does PAXI at PEP store stop allowing customers to purchase a parcel bag & drop off inside the store? On 12/3/2025 at approximately 16:40pm I wanted to purchase a paxi bag to send. The cashier Percy Nkosingiphile at PEP 6507 DURBAN DR YUSUF told me that PAXI doesn't take/allow anyone to use they services after 4pm, Haibo! Whilst the other staff member is taking PAXI parcels from behind the store counter in the cage to be collected the following day. My question was since when does PAXI not allow us to purchase & drop the parcel in the store for collection after 16:30pm, Does this mean people working from 8am- 16:30pm cannot use paxi services? I'm fully aware that the parcel will be taken the following day except when it's a weekend. The cashier than said we can go next door at another store Tekkie Town to use they PAXI services.
