Bad customer service

I am so annoyed by the customer service i recieved today i went to Pep to send my parcel via Pep paxi .Got to such a rude woman by the name of Judy who told me that they only assit pep paxi client before 16.00 i then asked her is that all in their branches she was extremely rude it most unfortunate that clienta are treated with such disrespect.
