Bad customer service at PEP Store Ebony Park (Yarona complex)

Came to a store to send my book VIA PAXI They gave me a plastic which there were no instructions on how to seal. I sealed it in front of the cashier and she saw that the barcode was hidden and said nothing. She then proceeded to tell me I need to buy a new plastic and I should’ve asked first. Tintswalo was so Rude and her manner of approach was intolerable. The store manager on Duty was Rude too. It’s not the first time I use this service and their process in that store baffles me!
