Bad customer service and unfair return policies.

Poor and unfair customer service. Not happy at all. I sent my elder sister to buy a cell phone at pep game center in Thohoyandou but received worst service ever. She went yesterday the 2/11/2023 and when I see it I wasn't happy with the product cos it's a kicka 6 which doesn't take whatzapp GB which was the aim of buying it. Her son was going to town the following day the 3/11/2023 so I ask him to return it and get a bigger and better phone which cost three to four times more and he was told it can't be returned. I had to drive from tshipise to Thohoyandou which is almost 140km from Thohoyandou to speak to a manager who is rude and don't respect customers and not even bother to see how the phone is and tell me to call customer service with my own money while she has a company phone that she can call on my behalf as a customer. I called customer care which is not free and spend 36minutes to a person who even refuse to give me a contact number for the person who can assist me.
