Bad customer service and turn around time

I bought a cellphone at Pep Cell & on the 6th day, it shutdown. I took it back to the store on the 24/02/18 and til today (30/04/18) I don't have my phone back. One minute it's at the technicians and the other they're awaiting store, all this information is because I'm doing the follow up, they do not contact me.

I'm highly disappointed, this is day light *******.
