Bad customer service and inconvenience

I went to PEP stores Mthatha store number 0693 Owen Street to withdraw money that was sent via standard bank cash send. Cashier tried and said there is network problem. After trying few times we gave up and I left. Called my husband to withdraw the money and deposit it into my account . In few minutes he sent me a screen photo that says the voucher has been used already.

Called the sender. He Called standard bank and the bank said the money was withdrawn at Mthatha Pep store. When I went back there, the lady named Fakazi or Fakazile told me to call standard bank or email them.

My money is withdrawn at their store now am the one who has to waste my time and resources calling and emailing standard bank. I don't know the terms between standard bank and pep for starters. At this moment a pep store client and pep does not deliver delay me and sends me to a third party that's thier partner/client. Instead of finding solutions for me am sent away with no money that I came to withdraw. I must see how I get out of this while the store has my money. The cashier lady there asking me how sure am I that the money was withdrawn from their pep when that was the only pep I tried to withdraw in. I am in convinced now I can't do what I was supposed to do with that money and no one is willing to help me.
