Bad customer service

I was denied to buy a sim card at pep cell mthatha which is situated at Madeira street in Mthatha, her reason was i need to buy airtime. I tried explaining to her i want to port my number and she had crazy attitude towards me and shouted at me, i don’t think this is the energy we should get in a retail store
