Bad customer service

I was in the shop today to buy stalkings and believe you when I say this in not the first time I experience such lack of customer respect by staff in that shop, they were helping each other as staff and neglecting the customers and didn't even mind, to a pont where one of them said loudly that she'll will buy before the customers because she doesn't stay around and customers should be patient because they stay around sky city.... If its not one cashier even during busy days it's cashiers helping staff... I wish they could up their customer service a little because it looks like they have forgotten their duties... Please help
