Bad Customer Service

Yesterday I went to Pep store in Goldfields Mall, Welkom Free State to buy school shoes for my child. I waited for almost 20 minutes and the other customer came also with pladtics we waited for someone to take our parcels and no one bothered to help us until we decided to exit the store without buying. The three old cashiers were sitting there like they don't see us and others standing by the door chatting. Please try to employ new energetic young people because we are struggling a lot with that store and they forever refuse to give people cash back.
