bad customer service

This is not the first time i go there and things are not communicated to us as clients. I waited in the que for 30 minutes only to be told that the marchant mechine is not working and won't be assisted when i come back because they will be close. This is not customer service and to be told that im fighting when i raise a valid point I didn't appreciate . i don't know if we are treated like this because we are in the location or how they generally treat customers.
