Bad customer service

Disgusted by the poor service that my mom received from PEP home mabopane. She went in and saw a " 538958 Pop up Dog " it's like a big bag she then asked the floor assistant who was on the floor by that time if the were more because she wanted to purchase 2 of them that lady told her those bags are next to the door as she went with my mom to collect them, that floor assistant together with the cashier whose name it's written in the receipt I have saw that only 3 bags were left then they took 2 of the bags and hide them and gave my mom only one. The cashier told the floor assistant to tell my mom that only one it's left but my mom saw them when they were hiding the another two. That is pure Bad customer service. My mom was hurt by their behavior towards her
