Bad customer service

I'm Lucky Dhladhla I went to Maponya mall Pep store on Saturday the 18th of September 2021, I was shopping for mens vest white in color I found the vest in the store but the was no price on it,I went to the quer for payments and I was assisted by Philile the cashier she tried to get me the price for the item she couldn't find it she then asked for help from Lawrence one of the management team in pep store. He then came, Philile the cashier tried to explain to him what was the problem he then left me with the cashier unattended he went out of the payment counter and went to great his friend I was standing There as a fool and he was chatting laughing on the floor with his friends. I called him to come assist me he started to give me attitude as if I have done something wrong to him, I ask him his name didn't want to give it to me. He was talking to me like I'm his child, I wasn't treated like this in my entire life.

I will like to get immediate response on this matter and what action will be taken against Lawrence
