Bad customer service

On the 28th of Dec 2024. I went to pep cell at Chris Hani mall vosloorus, to buy 2 sim cards. And the shelves where full of sim cards with the price tag of 99c, even took a picture.. And the cashier by the name of Linda refused to sell me. She told me that they used them to people who buy phones from the store. Which I have to buy a phone to get the sim cards. Even when I questioned the cashier about the price that was on shelves. She said no. I left the store with the empty hands. I reported the matter to pep customer care. I was told that my case was closed because I couldn't give them a store code while they had to do their research because I told them that it's pep next to game store at Chris hani mall. How would I know the store code while I'm not working there. It's clear that they don't care about their customers. They can't put sim cards on shelves with the price if they are not selling them.
